We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Economical option for non-urgent deliveries

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian regions and remote locations.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags and packaging
  • Free of dirt, grease, or installation marks
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Dirt Handlebars & Controls (due to installation requirements)
  • Opened lubricants or chemical products
  • Custom-ordered or special parts from brands like Motion Pro
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Our Rider Support
    Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Wait for Approval
    Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item
    Securely pack the item in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
  4. Ship It Back

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size or part? Follow the same return process above and:

  • Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange
  • Specify the replacement item (include product code if possible)
  • We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return
